We arrived mid-afternoon and were just walking in because I couldn't get an appointment pre-scheduled online. Then tried to call the number that was listed on Yelp (I think) and it was the wrong number. Anyway once we got there, all was well and good. The woman at the front desk that greeted us was very warm and kind. She took care of everything related to the check-in. We were really lucky because we were the only one's there. Absolutely great experience with Dr. Parker, Ashley and Laura. They handled my 3 year old daughter’s ear laceration perfectly. They were very patient, quick and professional.

Completely dissatisfied with the check in process. Front office staff should take cards and input the information, versus the patient. I’m sure other parents feel frustrated to have to do the complete check in process on their phones while their children are running around. Definitely would not come back for that reason. As a pediatric place, you might want to make it an easier process for parents. Staff were overall nice and friendly.

We had a great experience. The Dr was very hands on with making my daughter feel at ease and she got to see what is the issue was from the x-ray. The female Dr as my daughter said acts like her Nana. So you did very good and we had a stress free easy going visit.

Nurses and Dr were very patient and tended to every need we had while we were in the office. The Dr was very personable and spoke to my son to try and engage him in the conversation about his health which was great because not all drs do that. She was very thorough and didn’t make us feel like we were a bother as you sometimes feel in a drs office.
