Everything was easy at PM pediatrics from check in, to seeing doctor. The process is streamlined and simple. Everyone was very nice. The facility was super clean and inviting to children. We will definitely come back if medical care is needed.

Doctor was informative, but the wait was long (around 50 minutes).

Horrible experience. This is the first time seeing this specific doctor and we will never come back again. She has no bedside manners. Absolutely short and rude. Huffed when I asked questions about my daughter’s health or what was going on/ what to expect. I left in tears not confident in anything the doctor did to check on my daughter. She was horrible.

Worst customer service ever. I simply called to ask if they would honor the script for an x-ray for my child. The lady just kept repeating the same line over and over, even after I explained I didn't understand what she meant. Nemours is a joke. I ended up having to call a general support line. Take your kid elsewhere or just have them walk it off, cus healthcare in DE isn't a thing.

I brought my 18-month-old son in on Sunday morning, April 26, after he suddenly developed wheezing following a choking episode while eating a granola bar containing nuts. I clearly explained to both the doctor and nurse that the wheezing started immediately afterward and that I was concerned he may have inhaled food. We were given sub par service/exam because we currently do not have insurance. They kept us waiting in the exam room for 25 minutes only for the doctor to look at my daughter for less than 5 minutes. I was not given any explanation as to what was wrong with my daughter or how to care for her condition. All the doctor did was prescribe antibiotics and walked out.

Initially, I was okay with the service provided. My son had a severe cough, X-rays were done and from the results given from that, i was told this was a viral matter and nothing to do. I did find it odd that they did not want to swab him for the major viruses/infections we see during this time, but I am not the medical professional. What is upsetting to me with the service is hours after i left, my child got significantly worse in pain, fever, discomfort etc. i was left with no choice but to take him to the emergency departm... read more

There is no respect for the appointment booked. We were made to wait 1 hour till all walk ins are completed. Please don't offer appointments if you are not going to honor them. I would have walked in early had they informed about this.

We came to PM pediatrics last night saw Tara Pezzuto who was very dismissive when i explained my child’s wheezing was concerning. She listened to my 7 month old and said she has croup and gave a dose of a steroid. This would have been the second time in 5 weeks. She did not have that distinctive cough that we were very familiar with. I explained someone in her daycare had tested positive for RSV.
