Everything was easy at PM pediatrics from check in, to seeing doctor. The process is streamlined and simple. Everyone was very nice. The facility was super clean and inviting to children. We will definitely come back if medical care is needed.

Doctor was informative, but the wait was long (around 50 minutes).

We were given sub par service/exam because we currently do not have insurance. They kept us waiting in the exam room for 25 minutes only for the doctor to look at my daughter for less than 5 minutes. I was not given any explanation as to what was wrong with my daughter or how to care for her condition. All the doctor did was prescribe antibiotics and walked out.

Initially, I was okay with the service provided. My son had a severe cough, X-rays were done and from the results given from that, i was told this was a viral matter and nothing to do. I did find it odd that they did not want to swab him for the major viruses/infections we see during this time, but I am not the medical professional. What is upsetting to me with the service is hours after i left, my child got significantly worse in pain, fever, discomfort etc. i was left with no choice but to take him to the emergency departm... read more

There is no respect for the appointment booked. We were made to wait 1 hour till all walk ins are completed. Please don't offer appointments if you are not going to honor them. I would have walked in early had they informed about this.

We came to PM pediatrics last night saw Tara Pezzuto who was very dismissive when i explained my child’s wheezing was concerning. She listened to my 7 month old and said she has croup and gave a dose of a steroid. This would have been the second time in 5 weeks. She did not have that distinctive cough that we were very familiar with. I explained someone in her daycare had tested positive for RSV. The visit in regards to the medical treatment was fine, although as parents to our 9 year old little boy the bedside manner from the Dr was way less than what we are comfortable with when it comes to pediatric care. The Dr was cold and could have used more compassion and less judgment during our visit. I don’t think any parent wants to bring their child in to be seen only to walk out being put down by Drs. We have had wonderful experiences previously this was just a bit different this time around.

Wasn’t too pleased with the visit. It felt very rushed. I bought my child in due to a sore throat and they only tested for strep. Didn’t do any other test. Dr.Bagelman was in for about 3-5 min to say strep test was negative and that whatever my child was experiencing could just be viral and sent us in our way. Very little bedside manner from her. I feel as though more could have been done such as testing for RSV, Covid and Flu but it wasn’t. Felt much like a waste of a visit. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I was recommended to go too this place by my son doctor b/c they didn't have anything available until next week and they wanted my son seen ASAP. So we go and the heavy set white lady with glasses was behind rude. I start to explain why we're here and she cuts me off and said " Do you have appointment or walk in" okay.
