Doctor was informative, but the wait was long (around 50 minutes).

The visit in regards to the medical treatment was fine, although as parents to our 9 year old little boy the bedside manner from the Dr was way less than what we are comfortable with when it comes to pediatric care. The Dr was cold and could have used more compassion and less judgment during our visit. I don’t think any parent wants to bring their child in to be seen only to walk out being put down by Drs. We have had wonderful experiences previously this was just a bit different this time around.

Wasn’t too pleased with the visit. It felt very rushed. I bought my child in due to a sore throat and they only tested for strep. Didn’t do any other test. Dr.Bagelman was in for about 3-5 min to say strep test was negative and that whatever my child was experiencing could just be viral and sent us in our way. Very little bedside manner from her. I feel as though more could have been done such as testing for RSV, Covid and Flu but it wasn’t. Felt much like a waste of a visit. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I was recommended to go too this place by my son doctor b/c they didn't have anything available until next week and they wanted my son seen ASAP. So we go and the heavy set white lady with glasses was behind rude. I start to explain why we're here and she cuts me off and said " Do you have appointment or walk in" okay. The wait was ridiculous, I scheduled an appointment time and still waited for 3 hours to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous

Wait time was unacceptable. The nurse was rushed and unpleasant.
The wait was over an hour and the facility seemed very understaffed. The doctor was extremely pleasant and helpful. The nurse not so much.
