We were taken back pretty quickly and didn’t have to wait very long in the waiting room or in the office room. Very quick with care and getting us in and out, also very sweet and fun with my daughter.

Experience was top-notch from start to finish. Check in was easy, staff was super friendly and helpful, Dr. was kind and knowledgeable, and the whole process (including an x-ray) was 30 minutes in and out. 100% Recommend, and 100% will go here again if needed.

Everyone was extremely nice and patient. My son is 3 and has autism and needed an X-ray, they let him face the window so he could say cheese with the tech and see her smile. The other nurse helped me and gently held him down when the machine turned on because he was very scared. Luckily no broken bones! As we were leaving they let him pick out stickers and a lollipop and even gave his little brother one of both also. Great people and amazing with children!

No wait time, doctor came in really quickly, nurses were amazing with caring for my daughter! Overall extremely grateful that they took care of her!

Everything was easy at PM pediatrics from check in, to seeing doctor. The process is streamlined and simple. Everyone was very nice. The facility was super clean and inviting to children. We will definitely come back if medical care is needed.

Doctor was informative, but the wait was long (around 50 minutes).

We came to PM pediatrics last night saw Tara Pezzuto who was very dismissive when i explained my child’s wheezing was concerning. She listened to my 7 month old and said she has croup and gave a dose of a steroid. This would have been the second time in 5 weeks. She did not have that distinctive cough that we were very familiar with. I explained someone in her daycare had tested positive for RSV. The visit in regards to the medical treatment was fine, although as parents to our 9 year old little boy the bedside manner from the Dr was way less than what we are comfortable with when it comes to pediatric care. The Dr was cold and could have used more compassion and less judgment during our visit. I don’t think any parent wants to bring their child in to be seen only to walk out being put down by Drs. We have had wonderful experiences previously this was just a bit different this time around.
