The waiting time was reasonable; we only had to wait 15 minutes. The nurse who attended to us was very kind and showed great empathy towards our baby. However, the doctor was quite serious and conducted the examination in just five minutes, providing only a brief explanation of our baby’s condition. We left with the impression that we did not fully understand the treatment instructions. Unfortunately, next time we require emergency care, we will consider going to a different facility.

It was great no issues on PM Pediatric Urgent Care. My son was nervous for his situation but they worked through it and put him at ease. When he got home he said I felt bad that I was giving them a hard time but I like them because they told me what will happen.
