Great staff! Given the extent of my symptoms, and comparing it to the dozens of others that were more severe- the wait time would be the only potential complaint, but the receptionists kindness and the work ethic of the entire staff made it worth everything.

Please do not go to this location. The staff is rude, they have no clue what their rules and regulations are. They accept appointments for services and verbally explain that they will complete a service for a child and then call saying they don’t have competent practitioners. The staff member Melissa actually agreed perplexed that they advertise a service and then refuse to do it because of the lack of knowledge of their providers. The visit felt very rushed. Your website states you close at 12AM. We arrived at 10:39PM. TWICE, I was told "you should have come earlier" and "next time, come earlier". I don't have a timer for when my child is not feeling well. It was a sick visit, not a well child visit. Everything was done in a hurry. It was obvious everyone was ready to go home. The waiting time is extremely long and my son had a terrible fever and they expressed no concern for him. Also with fever No tested for nothing and no medicine sent it,.. horrible service and expensive

I received looks from the receptionist. I’m not sure if it was a race thing or not but I was made extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the staff was perfect. Hire a better non racist receptionist
I went in because I believe my son had strep or the flu. He was given a strep test which was negative, when I asked for the flu test I was told that it would take 2 days to know the results. When I asked if the rapid flu test, I was told that it was only for their immunocompromised patients, so they don’t waste them. I have to wait 2 days to see if my son has the flu at which point it won’t even matter. Also the doctor only examined my son for 1 minute and was pretty dismissive and rushed. Waste of my money!!! We did a walkin for our sick kid, completed the checkin process, waited for 45 mins to be called, later informed that we didn’t complete questionnaire like insurance details and others. It’s the third time we are visiting PM Pediatric, they should have all the insurance details, they could have put us in the queue rather waiting for us to complete.
