Check in was smooth. Nurse visit was also fine. She came in immediately and was very kind. Our main issue was that we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for the doctor. When she came in the visit was efficient, maybe 5 minutes and the nurse came immediately with the antibiotics, which was much appreciated given how long we had waited. The nurse did mention the doctor was in a procedure and may be delayed but 1:15 is a long time to be stuck in the small exam room with a sick child.

The doctor did not know what my medical issue could be for my child- did not know how to assist or service us- did not order any labs or prescriptions- my co pay was indeed paid in vain for no reason as they were zero help.

I don’t like with the waiting time no make difference if you have appointment or you walk in. WAITING TO LONG the kids got desperate
