Our son Clifton was seen yesterday at PM Pediatrics in District Heights, Maryland. PM Pediatrics is always I’ll go to for urgent care needs, we truly believe in the services and the doctors and we’ve never had any issues when going to any of your locations (and we have been to a few).

When I came initially the wait wasn’t the issue, it was the how rude the woman at the front desk was when I came back. It’s almost as if she didn’t want to be there. When me and my son came back for our appointment she made a comment for me to “Calm down”. I’m not sure why but all I asked was will I have to wait 40 mins so that I could maybe wait inside of my car. While waiting she was huffing and puffing or sighing…either way she became unpleasant.
