When signing up, I ran into a financial situation which I thought would prevent me from getting the medications I needed. But, the lovely man on the phone explained the options available to me without making me feel embarrassed or concerned. I did not expect him to be so wonderful but he has left me very happy.

Based on our years of experience with brick and mortar pharmacy and time spent waiting for your fill, this e-pharmacy experience with pocketpills has been great right from sending the RX to delivery of our meds. Pharmacist Liz and AJ were great when it comes to patient counseling especially for my wife where they delivered information about her drug in easy language and easy to use and remember her complicated medicines.

Shipping was quick and they sent me updates. You can text with a real person. The dispensing fee is only 7$ which is almost half of what Shopper's charges.

When I first set up my account, "Christine(?)" went above & beyond to ensure my prescriptions were transferred immediately & that in received them the next day.

Thanks to my PocketPacks, I have not missed a single pill. My doctor was actually getting really upset with me not being on top of my health. Now that they are easily organized for me, and with the help of the App, my doctor is finally happy when he sees me ahah!

I really appreciate the honesty and dedicated of the staff. I asked a question that the girl assisting me did not know and instead of saying she did not know, she informed me she will speak to the appropriate person. My answer was provided to me promptly and I was able to get the information I needed.

I am absolutely amazed at the questions I was asked to ensure I was provided the appropriate service. My previous pharmacy asked me only a few questions which has got me thinking if I was ever being provided good service but not that I have to worry about that anymore as I have found my place!
