I love the experience from the beginning to end. Getting that first phone call after requesting for the transfer from my pharmacy. I got a chance to advise when I wanted my first order. Everything was done that day and ai received my meds the following day without having to leave the house. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and answers every questions.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. I placed the order through the app for my vitamins and one of the Care Team members called me to confirm my order. I was excited to receive my PocketPacks within a few days and loved how the vitamins are packed individually. So easy to take and not forget to take my vitamins. Super convenient and everyone is helpful to answer any questions I may have.

The moment I created a request to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy, I received a call from PocketPills to verify my transfer request and to complete my profile. My meds are delivered right to my door. I appreciate the timely refills of my prescriptions. They also contact my doctor to renew my refills. PocketPill's customer service is incredible! Very convenient!
