I called the pharmacy expecting to be on hold for a long time so I called and began doing other tasks and began thinking about all my questions for the representative. To my surprise, my call was answered immediately and I had no questions prepared! Luckily, the representative guided me through the process with ease and I am so glad I decided to call.
