You absolutely HAVE to be good to be in the small animal veterinary business - humans make concessions as to their own health but not for their 'fur babies'. This practice IS good and epitomizes all that is great about a small town clinic - the front desk team, as busy as they usually are - are consistently welcoming and helpful. Customer service SUCKS! I called 1st time asked few questions and was put on hold 15 minutes then cut off! I called back furious different lady answers says "hold 1 moment please" another 7 minutes on hold! Wouldn't recommend 2 my worst enemy! I thought with the reviews I saw I would give them a try! FORGET IT! ����

We recently moved to Stevens Point from Illinois and were concerned about finding a new veterinarian for our dog. We made a great choice by choosing Community Animal Hospital! Everyone is very nice and helpful in every regard. We are typically in and out of the office within 30 minutes and always feel that our dog gets excellent care.
We really like Community Animal Hospital. Everyone is very Professional, Friendly, and Courteous. The facility is very clean and I so enjoy the fact that they get you into a room as soon as possible vs. your waiting out in the lobby.

I have never been to a veterinary clinic that I was so satisfied with. Dr. Megan and the staff are knowledgable and have extraordinary "bedside manner." I have an English Setter that is shown and a purebred British Shorthair, and my standards are accordingly exacting. Dr. Megan and Community Animal Hospital consistently exceed those expectations. Moreover, their bills are reasonable beyond belief. If you're looking for a veterinarian in Stevens Point, this should be your first choice!
Everyone here is so sweet and knowledgeable. They work with you and help. It is easy to see that they really care about the animals and the owners. I am sure I drove them crazy with my pregnant dog. They were so patient and answered all my questions, even over the phone. I have 3 dogs. I will not take them anywhere else.
