EZ Setup, Instructions lacking Pretty much as most have described. This product was easy to set up and get working. Out of the box to into the pool was about 45 minutes. Most of that time was trying to understand the small font diagram. Because of the simplicity of the setup, it was easy to install. My only real feedback is that the instructions were lacking in detail. Works well Having pipe yards all around us, we have been having a problem keeping the sediment off the bottom of the pool and are having to brush the pool daily. This has helped to "stir" up the sediment so it can be removed by the filter system. I would recommend this to anyone having a similar problem.
Replacement for the Jandy Ray Vac Good sweep. Did a great job of an initial clean. Ran like a champ for two weeks. Then the back-up valve stopped working. I contacted Polaris customer service and they sent a new one out. Got it about 3 or 4 days later. Easy to replace and it's been working great since.

Polaris 360 Pool Cleaner I was surprised and pleased with how fast this purchase was delivered. I have had two of these units in the past and they work very well for several years until the chlorine eats them up. I pull it out of the water after a shock for a day or so but the plastic eventually wears out. The retail pool supplier in Houston will repair the Polaris products for the price of the parts (no labor) but eventually you need to just replace. Works as promised I just put this in my pool last weekend. I have a dedicated pump and have to turn down the pressure so that the hose doesn't come loose. Replaced a 4 year old Pentair Legen Platinum Letro. Leslies pool was selling for $ 550, so this purchase was a no brainer. Good and easy to use. Cleans pool extremely well.
