Just Purchased My Third Polaris 360 I just purchased my 3rd Polaris 360. I got 5 years each out of the first two with a couple of rebuilds each. This year i was going to have to replace the hose and rebuild the unit and backup valve. I have always been pleased with the performance of these units considering they run 12 hours a day year round. Polaris 360 Pool Sweep The Polaris 360 does a good job with the bottom of the pool, but it does not have the climbing power of the Jandy pool sweep. When the 360 arrived and was installed, the backup valve did not work. It took over a week to get it replaced. I believe the Zodiac people who own Polaris made a big mistake in replacing the Jandy RayVac with the Polaris series.
Cleans the way it should I bought this to replace the cleaner that I had for several years. I installed it and have not had a problem over the last 3 months of usage. i'm sure it will satisfy my needs and will replace it with same if it fails over time.
Very effective We purchased it as a replacement for a Jandy RayVAc. Bulky appearance but very effective at keeping pool bottom clean.
Very good What can I say? it works very well. I have an irregular shaped pool, and this cleaner can still find it way around and very efficient in picking up the debris. I am particularly impressed with its asymmetric wheel design. It seems to contribute to its ability to effectively getting around corner and slopes. Really happy with the purchase!
