Pool is supper clean Other than it occasionally gets stock by the steps, I love it. My kids were wondering how come it took me so long to get it. I wish my friends with pools would have told me how good and painless my pool would be if I purchase a Polaris F1 360 cleaner. What a great machine at a great price!!! Excellent piece of machinery, and at a great price. I bought one a my local pool store and returned it when I found this online way cheaper even with the rebates being offered. This replaced one we had for 11 years, we leave it in the pool everyday.
Polaris 360 replaced Ray; goodbye Ray :( 18 year old in-ground white plaster pool, 2 previous Ray-Vacs (called it Ray) a bucket of parts, still available, but $900 and getting parts became a pain. Works well This item was purchased to replace a Jandy Ray Vac. The ray vac had a tendancy to stay in the deep end of the pool. Obviously the shallow end didn't get much automatic cleaning. I reluctantly read reviews and decided to replace it with a Polar Pressure Side. Thus far (its been about a month), I must say I'm impressed with its ability to travel the entire pool. Polaris I ordered this Polaris 360 to replace the same one I had been using for years. It works as expected. My only complaint is the hose. I still prefer the smooth black one (previously) versus the thin plastic white ribbed hose that came with it. Great replacement for our Ray-Vac Ray, our beloved Ray-Vac finally retired to where ever pool cleaners retire too. We had our Ray-Vac for 10 years, so I guess it was time to replace it. After reading reviews and talking with our pool guy, we decided that the Polaris Vac-Sweep 360 was the way to go.
