    It is very temperamental will stops for no reason I have fiddle with all the time. I am very sorry I bought it.

    I have had it 6 months and already had 2 repairs. The said it was better built than the MX8? Not true. My MX 8 lasted longer. And the $100 rebate gimmick? Never got it and forgot about it. I feel like this is a racket.

    Company sucks. Would not honor mail in rebate. Stole $100 from me.

    The product is great, the rebate service is non-existent. I was promised to receive it within 6-8 weeks of registering but I haven't heard a word and can't discover whether I'll receive my card for $125 dollars. Most disappointed, please correct or explain.

    We bought what we thought was the best. It works well for the first half hour and then just stops working Have tried everything taken back for a refund

    This will not climb my walls unless the pump is on high speed. I had an older MX model that worked way better than this model. But it was over 10 years old and needed to be replaced. I was told this was the latest version of it and gets stuck on the floor, pretty sure it has to do with the design of the moving suction gear

    I like the idea of not having filters to clean out but the zodiac leaf canister doesn’t work well with it. The Polaris itself works decent but it lets air into the pump and it doesn’t do the waterline. It doesn’t have any kind of mapping software or navigation so it takes a long time to clean the whole pool and still doesn’t clean it all. Lastly, it has the tendency to get stuck on the stairs or at the bottom of the stairs. I rate it more of a 2.5 instead of 2 but not sure it’s worthy of 3 stars.
