Low quality product. Purchased in 11/23. No longer works. Have had to replace 3 separate parts. It is no longer under warranty and Polaris will not assist with providing parts. The repairs are expensive. Will never purchase a Fluidra/Polaris part again. Will not recommend your equipment to others.

The gears stick and the cleaner stops working. Must turn the gears manually to get it unstuck so it will continue cleaning. This is a daily routine and happens several times a day. I purchased it from punch a penny. They came out and adjusted my variable speed pool pump to run at a high speed for 5 hours. This has helped but not eliminated the issue with the cleaner. When it runs it cleans well. Just disappointing that it won’t run continuously

rebate lie
I owned the previous version of this suction pool cleaner, the MX8. The Atlas XT is a redesign. The internal drive mechanism looks way different. But the real issue is that it is a failure. I have a variable speed pool pump. It doesn't matter at what RPM the pump is running, I have the same problem. My main pool drain is raised as required by federal law.
