It has been six months and still haven't received my rebate check!!

The product is not exactly what it purports to be. It’s a good cleaner. It moves at just a slow pace - my filter is brand new and clean. Sometimes it goes too far to the top and sucks in air out of the water and then the entire pump has to recalibrate to wait to purge the air. The vacuum then falls to the bottom sometimes upside down - and then when the pump motor is ready to start again the vacuum is stuck upside down- useless. I was expecting more for 700 dollars

We have a brand new Polaris Atlas XT suction pool cleaner and it works for 5 min then stops. We need to open the lid flip a switch and then get it to continue. I reached out to support and they send me a random video that does not relate the the issue. BAD BAD. I would never spend the money on this cleaner again. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will tell everyone I know.

The unit will work for one to five minutes and then stop. I have to open it up to get the paddle wheel spinning again. It just takes a little nudge. I took it back after the first week and they saw the paddle wheel did not spin freely and replaced it. It worked for a few hours and is now doing the same thing. Just a little tap to get it moving again. Overall this is a piece of expensive shit. I will bring it back to the shop but I think each paddle needs to be shaved down so it doesn't bind up.

Not climbing up the wall as advertised

The unit has to been removed and cleaned sometimes twice a day. The smallest piece of sand or grit or grass will stop its movement. When it’s working, it has never climbed a wall as advertised. Very disappointed.

It get stuck in middle of pool , when it’s trying to go up the wall the same thing happens when the pumps comes on I have to spinn it by hand to get it goin it also mainly stays on one side of the pool

At first the Polaris ATLAS XT was doing fine and did a good job climbing the walls of the pool. A couple of weeks later it stopped climbing the walls of my pool. I discovered later that the hoses that came with the Polaris ATLAS XT have started to suck water in through the couplers of the hose. Bad sealing and now my Polaris ATLAS XT doesn't climb the walls of my pool anymore. I've got buyer's remorse!

We purchased this cleaner 15 days ago from you, Pinch a Penny Store 011 in Bradenton FL, on July 25 and the next day our son, David, read the directions and hooked up our new Polaris Atlas cleaner.
