    I'm still waiting for my rebate payment. six to eitght weeks is very unfortunate in today's world.

    Cleaner did not last a year , before needing major repair . It does clean good when it works

    While i was excited to give this unit a try sadly the suction from my pool even with the adapter this unit came with was just not enough to even get it to move at all. I tried cranking our pump up to the max and it just would not move. I double and triple checked the directions and the unit but nothing resolved the issue. Unless your pool has great suction I would go with a powered model instead.

    It is very temperamental will stops for no reason I have fiddle with all the time. I am very sorry I bought it.

    I have had it 6 months and already had 2 repairs. The said it was better built than the MX8? Not true. My MX 8 lasted longer. And the $100 rebate gimmick? Never got it and forgot about it. I feel like this is a racket.

    Company sucks. Would not honor mail in rebate. Stole $100 from me.

    The product is great, the rebate service is non-existent. I was promised to receive it within 6-8 weeks of registering but I haven't heard a word and can't discover whether I'll receive my card for $125 dollars. Most disappointed, please correct or explain.

    We bought what we thought was the best. It works well for the first half hour and then just stops working Have tried everything taken back for a refund

    This will not climb my walls unless the pump is on high speed. I had an older MX model that worked way better than this model. But it was over 10 years old and needed to be replaced. I was told this was the latest version of it and gets stuck on the floor, pretty sure it has to do with the design of the moving suction gear
