    My box didn't have any hoses in ot is horrible and can't use it. Please HELP!

    I just received an email stating I need to cut the bar code off the box. I sent all the rebate info in weeks ago and it stated approved and processed. I have since gotten rid of the large box it came in not thinking they would be asking for it weeks later. I believe it's a way they can keep from paying out the rebate! Very disappointed and I will be speaking with my retailer Pinch A Penny about the way this company does business. Ugh, that's why I hate rebates....it's always hoops to jump through!

    It doesn't work well. It stays at one end of the pool. If I move it then it stays down that end.

    It may be a problem with the pump programming, but the cleaner worked for only 2&1/2 hours before stopping. Local vendor came out and assessed cleaner was not getting enough suction to move. Trying to schedule pool engineer to look at pump program.

    Cleaner works great. It would work even better with the "Free" leaf separator attachment you have to register the product and wait months for. It should be part of the package. There is space in the box that looks suspiciously like it should have a leaf separator in it. So, now I've paid $600 for a piece of equipment that clogs my pump basket every 20 minutes while I wait for their "free" attachment, that after submitting all of my paperwork, they come back and ask for a copy of the receipt,,,,,,again.     for now seems to be doing a pretty good job Happy with the product, although still waiting for the rebate .

    The machine is not working correctly and Pinch A Penny does not want to exchange it or address the problem I brought the unit to them and now they're asking me to take videos and do more work I don't want to take videos I'm not a video photographer this thing starts spinning in circles when it doesn't touch anything it doesn't go straight line to straight line for one side to the other.     Cleaner cleans great but always causes a twist in the hose while cleaning which affect its ability to reach all areas of the pool. I have had it for less than 3 months and already not too happy with the performance so far.
