The machine is not working correctly and Pinch A Penny does not want to exchange it or address the problem I brought the unit to them and now they're asking me to take videos and do more work I don't want to take videos I'm not a video photographer this thing starts spinning in circles when it doesn't touch anything it doesn't go straight line to straight line for one side to the other. Cleaner cleans great but always causes a twist in the hose while cleaning which affect its ability to reach all areas of the pool. I have had it for less than 3 months and already not too happy with the performance so far.

I never received my canister so I can't use my vacuum. It has been more than two weeks and I have inquired multiple times. It is ridiculous that it is not included or can not be obtained in the store. My pool is a disaster and will have to be professionally cleaned now. When I did my original review and said I wanted to be contacted, I had to agree to share my information and watch a video. This is the worst customer service I have ever had encountered in my life.
