1st time owner of a robotic cleaner. It's easy to use and works great. Especially like the feature that the robotic cleaner climbs the pool wall when finished which makes it easy to lift out!

the robotic cleaner works well , I have no problems with it but as a senior with a bad back as most of us at this age have , I would suggest the polaris develop a system of track that allows the vac to come out of the water. Simply develop a system that would hook over the coping with the rubber supports similar to a exit stairs for support that would allow it to come out of the water . lol you will make a good profit in a retro fit. It certainly works great in my 16 x 32 inground pool. I even caught it one day up on the roman steps! If it operates for years without much attention, then it is a winner. Time will tell, but today it is great!

The machine works well but doesn't get every inch of the pool. It misses large spots.
