Great assistance from the staff at Cayman Pools & Spa. Gave me comparisons between Polaris and competitors, explained all of the features, etc. Have used it twice so far and its done a great job. Very easy to clean, store, etc.

Very easy to use! Beggining of the season so we use it only 2 times yet. With the caddy, long wire, basket easy to clean. I will have to brush the side a bit for the first time, only the cleaner is not enough but I'm sure it will be OK for the rest of the summer

what surprised me the most was that I expected it to work like my creepy crawly. Instead it picked up some dirt but stirred the bottom of the pool and caused them to be captured by the skimmer. That worked!!!

The Polaris Epic is a lot better in all ways over my previous robotic cleaner. It’s especially nice that it has the ‘come to top’ feature that eliminates having to pull on the cord.

we've only had our pool clean for almost a month, but it has saved us hours of work by not having to use our nets to clean out the leaves. it'a very convenient to simply lower the cleaner into the pool and then hit the start switch!

It does a great job of cleaning and climbing the walls. Especially love the Lift Away feature to extract our Polaris from the pool! Over the last 17 years we had many pool cleaners, this one by far is the best!

Pool cleaner works great on the floor. Most of the time it will not climb the walls in the deep end. Not sure if going with a model with 4 wheels would help climb the walls in the deep end. It's not perfect as it will leave some debris/sediment in the pool even after going over it. IMO it will help save time.

We recommend carefully rinsing the canister after every cycle and periodically using mild soap and a soft brush to dislodge any microscopic debris that may be impeding flow.
