No more water on our windows! Got this little part to replace the original. We finally figured out it was what we needed to keep our pool cleaner to stop spraying our windows! Works like a charm. It just slipped on. So far, it is great.
Good Buy Good price. However, not the best quality. Bought these in the past and they were better quality. Not sure about longevity.
it solved the problem Had a real problem with the pool sweep spraying the windows. Bought this, easily installed it, and have no more problem with wet windows.
great product Genuine Polaris part. Work much better than any imitation.
Keeps the tail from spraying out of the pool - but there is more to a slow tail It keeps the tail from sparing but it slows it down dramatically. The pool does not look as clean. Dust accumulates, which did not happen prior to the installing. it is a trade off, I pref it to wet windows and furniture but pool requires more cleaning.
Over priced Too expensive. Very easy to install.
Exactly what I needed to stop the spraying My Polaris is very energetic after a pump repair, and I was so tired of the tail spraying all over the backyard. I couldn’t keep my backyard windows clean because they would be sprayed every day with pool water. This tail add-on easily clips onto the hose and does just what I needed to keep the spray almost entirely within the pool, and never more than a couple of feet out of the pool.
Saved me $800 Our Polaris cleaner regularly sprayed water onto our deck area and on our new outdoor table. The problem is that we have a salt water pool and this is not good for anything it sprays. I would have purchase a different cleaner if any of them were proven to be better but I could not find one any better than what we have that was a pressure side cleaner. This works! Installed a week ago - so far so good. Have step / benches and tail would constantly shoot water after climbing walls, etc - has not sprayed once since I snapped this on.
