The product is like the original one that I used to have when ... The product is like the original one that I used to have when I upgraded to the 3900 sport series which was horrible and expensive. This one is good, however the only problem I have like my original one it is squirting water out too much and I could have given this a 4 star if not for one of the broken hose swivel connector and I have to use my old one.

Much improved over old one. Wow, what a difference a new Polaris makes. The new only pulls up much more debris than the old one. The bottom of the pool is much cleaner now. Price was good as well
Yes, it's working very well. Our only problem ... Yes, it's working very well. Our only problem was a missing part to keep the hose sweeper connected. Our pool guy was able to fix this. Now it is cleaning and doing its job.

great pool cleaner After our old pool cleaning robot died on us we hear these one is pretty good although it is not the newest model - so we ordered it and we just love it - the pool is so clean, it works smoothly (there are occasional water splashing sometime when we walk by - we think it is doing it on purpose ;) great pool cleaner and the price is better than stores we checked so we r very happy with it
