We love our new Polaris! Great product and a welcome change from earlier versions.
It’s great! But never got my rebate.
This powerful cleaning robot seems to clean well and fast. Only downsides is the size of the robot makes it too large to turn around and clean my small built in bench seat jacuzzi portion of my pool (my older smaller robot was able to do it) it also has trouble cleaning right corners, my pool is an basically an elongated octagon, so the corners of the pool are 45 degree angles and due to the size of the Polaris it sometimes has trouble cleaning the corners very well. I put over 300 hours on our robot this season and it has performed amazing. Great to have access via smartphone, target areas using remote control, and of course check temperature remotely! Highly recommended!
Overall happy. Cord can become tangled, the app forgets the cleaner occasionally and have to resync, and occasionally receive a traction error on one side are only things keeping it from a 5 out of 5
Love using the app. Easy to dump and clean. Only negative for a top of the line robot and the money spent for it, the cord still gets tangled way too much and way too easily. Climbs walls like a beast. If it wasn't the tangled cord, I would rate it a 5.
I purchase the Polaris VRX iQ+ and have been using it for a couple of months now. It helps keep the pool cleaner and gives me more time to do other things. I am completely satisfied. The only complaint is that I regret not purchasing it sooner.
Polaris works great!
This is our third purchase of a Polaris. The first one we were very pleased with. We had a small parts product but Leslie's Pool Service did a wonderful job of taking care of it. We ended up wearing it out. Our second purchase of the Polaris we were very pleased with also. It did a great job of keeping our large pool very clean.
