All in all this product works well but always seems miss one spot. Would also love it if it would do the stairs well. Still very happy with this item.

A suggestion that will improve pool coverage is to ensure the cleaner cable is entering the pool at the center of the length of the pool and that only the required amount of cable is allowed into the pool. Essentially, you should only allow enough cable into the pool to cover the furthest point from the cable entry location in the pool. A fantastic robotic pool vacuum cleaner. Used it for the entire pools season (May through September) of 2020 and was very happy with its performance.

We are pool virgins and started with a three-wheeled Polaris side pressure model that just didn't cut it. While this one was significantly more expensive, it does a tremendous job. Worth every penny.

Very easy to put in pool and does a great job of cleaning thoroughly in less than 2 hours. Easy to take out. I have not had any issues since I purchased about 7 months ago.
