Product works very well and requires minimum maintenance.
Absolutely love this unit. Easy to program and monitor. Cleans extremely well
Great machine, but has some glitches: cord has too much memory (difficult to put wrap back up), doesn’t drive straight (keeps hitting walls and tipping over), won’t say on island to clean, gets stuck on stairs, Lift system control is too basic (one touch of a directional control on the app makes it spin until you stop it - where it then automatically goes I’m that direction until you pull it out of the water. Should have more manual controls).
This is an awesome pool cleaner. I love that I can control it from my phone.

The system is good for bigger stuff but does not clean up the sand silt. Pool looks dirty after cleaning
Would have rated 5 stars, but ordered from Leslie's and they never got one in after a month of waiting, so I bought it in Texas. Then, the machine broke after less than a month of use. Had to return to Leslie's Pool Supply and wait on parts for the service, which took over a month.
Cleans pool very well.
As a paralyzed veteran, the VRX iQ+ makes my life so much easier. The ability to spot-clean from the App saves me from setting up the hose, pole and vacuum head, which was always a daunting task.
