Everything went great. The roof looks very nice. The work was completed on schedule and was finished in one day.
Pond replaced two skylights for us and did some flashing repair. The quality of their skylights and materials / equipment was great, and their crews were experienced and skilled. Scheduling was a little challenging, in that a couple times their crews showed up unscheduled, so we had no one to let them in the house. When they arrived, the crew did not bring a device from their facility, that they would normally bring, that prevents the existing skylight from dropping during removal. They were easy to deal with and did everything they promised. They worked well with my tenant who was home at the time of installation. I would use them again. <br />
We chose Pond after interviewing two other companies. The estimates were all within the same ball park. The Pond respresetative was the most knowledgable. They replaced out entire roof, removing two layers of shingles. One piece of the roof had rotted, so they replaced a panel of wood. They also installed new gutters. The work was completed within three days. <br />
