I think the price was competitive. They were very dependable and they seem to do a good job. They were pleasant to have the work and they kept things neat. They were always polite and they did a good job on the roof.
It was good. It was the dryer vent and the previous person didn't do a good job of it. It was my first time using them and they did quality work.
It was fine. They did a good job. They left a lot of debris in the attic space and they didn't clean it up. They said it would happen but it was more than I expected.
I would say that they were outstanding. They did the estimate. They came. A tree went to my roof so my insurance company paid for my new roof. They took off the old roof and put on a new roof. It was perfect. I actually asked them how I could vent my roof better so the upstairs wasn’t so hot. They put this mushroom looking vents for those and they worked extremely well.I also used that opportunity that they put new gutters with gutter covers on the roof.
They are scheduled to do the work but they are 3 months behind. They came recommended through a friend. The estimator was very straightforward and easy to deal with. He was very responsive to all my emails and questions. I travel a lot so they didn't push me to send in a deposit check. I didn't send it in until August. They took them along time to get the parts. They put a new roof on our house years ago that's why I called them back again and I know that they were listed on Angie's List.
It was good. The only thing is I'm not sure if it's their fault or there something wrong with my rules. But a year later I had the same leak. But they were very pleasant to work with. I had another leak. I don't know if it goes on different leak but it could be on the same spot. I would use them again in the future.
They came and gave a free estimate. We signed the contract but we're like on a 6 week waiting list until they get around to do it. The man that came out for the estimate was the owner of the company. We had questions and he came out about 3 times personally and answered the questions, brought samples, and accommodated us in everything we need to know. We were pleased so far.
