The experience was a good one. I had no problems with the installation. They were very courteous, came out quickly, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves very well.
They did an excellent job. The installer, Terry, was wonderful. Would rate their work as an A+
We've had a good experience with Pond Roofing. We had a good experience dealing with the president of the company in scheduling the service a couple of months earlier. It was a good interaction with the president. There was very little interaction with the people that came out. They knew what they're doing and they did it. Let us find out in a few months, but it appears to be satisfactory.
The experience was very good. They were very good on follow up with information. I asked them to send it to my gmail, and they did. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they did the work when they said they were going to do it. It wasn't a very complicated job, and they were able to diagnose it fairly quickly. They were able to explain what was going on. They did the repairs, and didn't try to up sell us, and so, there was no push that way, which I appreciated.
They did a quality job and the interaction was fine. I would absolutely use them again.
It was excellent. The price was high but I find you get what you pay for.
The experience was satisfactory. There were so issues they did resolve.
I had a good experience, and they were reasonably priced than who my neighbors had used.
