Initial contact, proposal and scheduling worked out well. The workers came on schedule and did their job. As we cannot climb on the roof, it is hard to say anything about the quality of the work but since it lasted about a year now I assume it was done well. roof What REALLY IMPRESSED me was that he commented on a Cable TV dish, which I'd asked him to look at. It has been on the roof for a number of years and is not used. He said that he could remove it, which would improve the cosmetics, but would need to leave the base in place, as removing it would damage shingles and that the damaged shingles would have to be replaced and wouldn't match. Workers came as scheduled, work went smoothly as far as I could tell. The only glitch was delivering the shingles and other supplies - Truck driver had lots of anxiety about not being able to park because of cars. But, eventually they went ahead and used the crane to put the stuff on the roof. I was concerned that the new drain pipe might interfere with the sump pump drainage, but everything seems to be draining properly. The cleanup was incredible... <br />
<p>Everything went smoothly. First contact with the company was at Prosperity Avenue office and it could not have gone better. The crew arrived timely each of the four days they performed the work and stayed late. In addition, they came back on several occasions for minor job completion details.
