Everything went well. Pond Roofing was very professional, very thorough, and did a good job. My only advice is to ensure that the workmen understand the necessary details of the job.
Overall, my experience with them was good. They were very responsive. I thought their estimated price of around $8000 was good compared to some of the others, and they have also done a lot of work in my neighborhood, so I decided to hire them to do the roof for me.

We've used Pond before - they are excellent. Way above other roofers (no pun) in our experience - and we've used three on this home. <br /> <br /> Their re-roofing of the garage was perfect and there have been no issues at all with the work. Regarding the various repairs we needed, Pond located the 'spots' and took care of the problems. They were too busy. I had them do my roof many years ago. They told me immediately that they were unable to do the work.
They were nice and showed up on time. I would give them 10 out of 10. We were happy with the price and they gave us a great product.
So far so good; though again, we haven't done the roof yet. :)
Great job! The estimate was friendly and gave me good advise.
The work was done in July when the weather was very hot. The workers came on Friday and stayed until early afternoon and then came back on Saturday tof finish the job. The workers were very polite and eager to please. They worked diligently and cleaned up after the job. I couldn't tell they had ever been here except that I had a new roof. Overall a very positve experience.
