I always feel that my dog is in great hands when I leave. He looks happy and clean when I pick him up. Best part is that he is wiped out for a few days from all of the activity.

Gilly and Gus had a great vacation at the Pooch Hotel. Gus has experienced anxiety at other facilities in the past but felt quite at ease with the workers at The Pooch Hotel. I loved how we could view their activities throughout their day using a 24 hour web cam. It was reassuring to me to check in periodically and see that they were busy, safe and getting attention while we were away. We will definitely be back!

I have been taking Charley here for the 4 years I have had him and they are absolutely amazing. Once when I was on a work trip and he broke his dew claw, they wrapped it up. Since he couldn't be in play with the other dogs they kept him in the suite by the front desks during play time so they could visit with him and they sent me e-mail updates. Whenever I bring him for the day or boarding I walk in and everyone is so excited to see him. I couldn't ask for a better place to leave my baby.

I happened to come across Pooch Hotel when I visited Boston for the weekend. I read about the website and decided to give it a try. This was the first time trying daycare with my 9 month old Vizsla. This was a very positive experience. Everyone at the Pooch Hotel made me feel comfortable about leaving my puppy in their hands. All of the employees were very kind, helpful, and showed great passion about working with dogs. My puppy got plenty of exercise, was fed properly, and had ample playtime.
