Your employees are the best, they convince me they take care of my dog. I am less énamourés of the location, which smells more than I think it should. I wish there were an outside playground. But my dog loves PoochHotel.

We don't like to have to board our Frannie, but when we must, we use Pooch Hotel. Frannie always wags her tail, runs to the door and genuinely seems happy to be there. Staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Never had an issue with an injury or sickness, etc. I would highly recommend the Pooch Hotel.

We had such a great experience and were very pleased with the services at the Newton Pooch Hotel. Our six month old puppy, Coco, had a surgical procedure four days prior to boarding her there for two weeks. On the day that we dropped off Coco, the staff welcomed us and made us feel at ease as we provided them with some details on feeding, administering medication, and caring for Coco. The Pooch Hotel staff are all highly professional, dog-loving, attentive individuals. All items I left with my pup were meticulously logged in and returned to me at pick up; feeding instructions were meticulously followed. While the pricing may be a bit high, especially for the Palace, I believe the benefits make it well worth the cost. Thanks to all who have made Pooch Hotel such a great place for my pup and all other pup visitors.

Helpful and pleasant reception, love the live webcams, saw that the facilities are kept in top-notch and clean state (continuous cleaning!), efficient and effective communications and billing, speedy responses. On the top of our list.
