I love Pooch Hotel Newton! My dog is a crazy, high anxiety, high maintenance pup, and they take such good care of her. They treat her with such kindness, and I never worry when I have to leave her overnight. They took the time to get to know my dog so they can meet her needs, however crazy!

Although I did not watch my dog on a video cam during this visit, I have in the past, and love that Pooch Hotel has them! I know my little elderly chihuahua is not the friendliest, but I’ve been happy to see him wagging his tail and socializing with other small dogs. When I left with my dog after his stay the other night, a worker about to start her shift called my dog by his name. That impressed me! And I ❤️ knowing that my dog isn’t stuck in a small cage like most kennels. I feel he’s happier and we can enjoy our vacation... read more

I love how organized, clean and friendly the Pooch Hotel is. Bodie has separation anxiety and by his third time being boarded it seems he is more comfortable and I think that is because of the people who work there. I appreciate the strong communication with them and how many staff members are present. It ensures that my dog will be taken care of. Thank you!!

Such caring and friendly staff! My dog had never spent overnight away from home and I was very nervous, but the staff were so kind and understanding. My dog was happy and well taken care of.
