As I have said in my previous review, the Pooch Hotel (PH) is a great option for all types of dogs and my Juniper loves it and loves his new human friends. He does not do well with two many dogs around him and at the PH he has got his privacy for several hours to relax, and he loves all the great personnel they have on site.

The team was great, super positive and when picking up my dog she was really excited to interact with them. They were super helpful and replied quickly to any request I made/e-mail sent.

Overall our dog had a good experience. He was not always included in group play, but we didn’t know if that was normal. It smelled a lot better inside than on our last experience. However, our dog really needed to relieve himself when we picked him up, which was slightly concerning.

Also, we definitely want to assure you that we provide all of our guests with more than enough opportunities to relieve themselves during the course of their visit. However, some of our fur-babies get very excited to see their Pet Parents during pick-up which sometimes causes them to relieve themselves quickly upon arrival. Thanks once again for letting us care for Boo as we adore him :)
My dog is ALWAYS happy when she goes to Pooch Hotel. Everyone is nice there and they always treat our dog well. I highly recommend Pooch Hotel.

Always a fantastic experience at Pooch. As our girl has gotten older she's had more medical needs. The staff never hesitates about this. They are so diligent that while auditing her record for a visit they caught a medication we forgot to include at drop-off! They reached out immediately and got us before we left town. Whether Molly wants attention or some alone time the staff reads her like a book and abides her needs (as well as the requests we make)! Pooch Hotel lets us travel knowing Molly is in the best of care!
