Our experienced staff separate dogs by size and personality to ensure everyone has a great time. And we love giving pups treats and pets. For dogs that do better with more one-on-one attention due to age, health, behavior, personality, etc., we have personal play options as well.

Our 1 year old lab loves play group at Pooch Hotel! She jumps out of the car and pulls me in as soon as we arrive. The staff welcome her with open arms. A great, happy place for dogs!

I could not feel any more comfortable leaving my puppy here. Everyone is so caring and thoughtful. My puppy clearly loves going there, has no problem when I leave him there. In fact he happily runs off without even saying good bye.

Faster checkout. I have a card on file, but often the person at the desk does not start the checkout while the other person is retrieving the dog. Minor thing; just because you asked. Otherwise 5 stars!

You could send updates on how my dog is doing etc. I have boarded her there several times and I have never received any communication from them after I drop her off till I pick her up!

No one loves having to board their dog-I think we would all prefer to have them with us all the time-but sometimes you have to... My dog never hesitates to go through the door at the Pooch Hotel-they know her by name and she’s happy to have me back when it’s time to go home! It seems to work for us all...I only wish they had a frequent flyer discount!

Provide grooming services. Provide discounts for frequent boarders. Do not charge a late check out fee if bath services provided on pick up day.

Our furry baby, Nutmeg, has been visiting the Pooch Hotel since she was a few months old. She learned excellent social skills in the playroom, and she *loves* visiting. When we turn onto the road where the Pooch Hotel is, she starts whining with joy and then bolts toward the front door when we park. The staff really love dogs - they are awesome!
