The only thing that would be great is a little more fresh air in the play areas. I am not sure it is feasible but that would be wonderful. Muffin loves her stays at Pooch Hotel and I know she is well taken care of when she is there. Thank you!!

We do have the loading dock that we open up when the weather is fitting but adding other avenues of outdoor is something we're definitely looking into. Since you've originally started coming, we added lots of services that may help with those needs, including outdoor walk time. Appreciate the service and friendly attitudes! We board our dog there when we travel. I think the dog feels like a celebrity when she walks in because everyone greets her by name and seems very happy to see her (and she’s happy to see them too)! Makes leaving her so much easier...
