Beasley had a wonderful time during his stay at the Pooch Hotel. The staff is great!! They take the time to send me pictures of Beasley while he's there. I know he is well taken care of and that gives me peace of mind while I'm away! Thank you!!!

Webcam was not working a lot of the time.

The staff at Pooch Hotel are wonderful: they are very warm and positive and seem to genuinely care for the dogs. They are very flexible with special requests and I feel the care Daisy gets there is excellent, with just the right mix of play and downtime.

My dogs love going there and always come home tired and happy. Everyone is kind and clearly cares for the dogs. I love the webcam. Watching is addicting!

Previous visits I felt like there was more interest in the dogs than this visit. More of a front desk apathy perception. We did get email communication and attention to bedding issues, which was good.

I have had only good experiences with Pooch Hotel. It's a clean, bright facility manned by kind, receptive staff. I highly recommend them.
