Thanks for the review Hilary! We love the girls and although having them in daycare for years, we really hope they enjoyed their first boarding stay. I apologize about the voicemail, it's something we are working to fix. Tell them that we say hi and hope to see them soon! An app that could notify you a few minutes in advance that a dog is about to be picked up would be great, but overall I have been very satisfied with the experience.

Give more treats, water and play toys / bones!

Additionally, as safety is our number one priority, we have to be careful on how we administer play toys and other items for some dogs get protective/possessive of their things.
