Dog seems to like the people and the overall vibe at Pooch Hotel. People who work there are very attuned to her needs. Can't beat the 24 hour access ... super convenient when travelling to / from Logan airport.

We've been sending our dog to Pooch Hotel since it opened and have had a great experience. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Our dog loves Pooch Hotel and can hardly wait to get out of the car when we arrive. It's always comforting to know that our dog is in good hands when we're out of town. We highly recommend Pooch Hotel in Newtonville, MA.

Cooper really loves coming here. One day I'll take a video of how we prepare to get him in the car and he's practically doing back flips. The staff are always friendly.

The staff doesn't have the capability to do back flips like Coop, but I assure you that were excited to see him as much.
