Helpful and pleasant reception, love the live webcams, saw that the facilities are kept in top-notch and clean state (continuous cleaning!), efficient and effective communications and billing, speedy responses. On the top of our list.

My experience with pooch hotel Newton MA was good. I enjoyed being able to check in the play room via the webcam to see my girl while we were away on a trip that she could not go to. When I called to check up on her I really liked the detailed information given to me about her day and her behavior. Also my questions were answered concerning her. I didn’t receive pictures and or updates via email which I was told I was going to receive and was looking forward to, but other than that it was a good choice to leave my dog there... read more

Awesome from drop off to pick up. I loved receiving updates on my pup while she was boarding for 11 days. Really put me at ease. The staff is professional, friendly and warm. I cannot wait to schedule my pup for another play date. Great people...great place!
