Helpful and pleasant reception, love the live webcams, saw that the facilities are kept in top-notch and clean state (continuous cleaning!), efficient and effective communications and billing, speedy responses. On the top of our list.
My experience with pooch hotel Newton MA was good. I enjoyed being able to check in the play room via the webcam to see my girl while we were away on a trip that she could not go to. When I called to check up on her I really liked the detailed information given to me about her day and her behavior. Also my questions were answered concerning her. I didn’t receive pictures and or updates via email which I was told I was going to receive and was looking forward to, but other than that it was a good choice to leave my dog there... read more
Awesome from drop off to pick up. I loved receiving updates on my pup while she was boarding for 11 days. Really put me at ease. The staff is professional, friendly and warm. I cannot wait to schedule my pup for another play date. Great people...great place!

Pooch takes great care of our dog when we travel. We get email updates with pictures, and they show how much they love her.
Juniper aka Juno is so happy after his first two visits and it is clear that he has received great love and attention. This is it, Juno who is still a little nervous with these new surroundings, is now a member of the club!! He is the Pooch’s pooch! Thanks for your great professionalism!
