We had to bring our pups with us on vacation to Boston, last minute. Pooch Hotel was very accommodating in getting us set up, responsive when we called for updates, and our dogs seemed happy and well taken care of when we picked them up!

Was so nervous leaving my skipper for a long weekend but the staff quickly put me and skip at ease. I knew he’d be well cared for as right from the start the staff takes to them like they are their own. I’d definitely use them again and will!

I was a client of Pooch Hotel West Loop in Chicago and recently moved to Boston. I was excited to see that they also had a location here and did not hesitate to book for boarding service since I had such a great experience with them in the past. My experience was just as fantastic at this location as it was at the previous, and the consistency in great service was a huge relief.
