The staff was kind and very friendly. They were especially attentive to our older special needs dog who is deaf anf mostly blind. Our dog had a great day at The Pooch Hotel and will absolutely use them in the future and recommend The Pooch Hotel to anyone we know or don't know. We love this place.
Everyone is very caring and takes great care of my little guy. I like that dogs get playtime and they have room to move around where they sleep. The team is accommodating and the facility is always clean.
Our puppy loves Pooch Hotel! He is always excited when we pull into the parking lot and happy and tired when we pick him up.
Everyone was so helpful and accommodating! I was very nervous as this was my dogs first time, but she did great and the report card at the end was adorable. Plus watching the pet cam was another great perk.

The pooch hotel took great care of my dog. Plan to use them again
It is obvious that the people at the Pooch Hotel love dogs. My dog has desperate separation anxiety and does not do well when she is boarded. We had web access to her during her stay and we could see that she was doing very well despite how much she missed us. The staff was very compassionate toward our dog. We deeply appreciated that.
