Everyone there does such a great job making the place welcome and inviting. Lily-Belle loves it there and has been going since she was a pup.

I have been taking my one year old puppy to the Pooch Hotel since he was 6months old and have been so happy with the wonderful care he gets on a daily basis. The entire staff are fantastic! They give my puppy so much TLC throughout the day and I have no concerns leaving him there for the day since I know he is well taken care of. After 6 years of going to the Pooch Hotel we needed to say goodbye. They were great over the years. Helped when my pup Tedy broke his leg. He was always happy to see the team and give kisses. But since being bought and changing policies the pooch hotel (although open 24 hours) does not work for me. Revamping the rewards program and not grandfathering long standing clients is not putting your customers first, which any customer focused business should do?! We were nervous leaving our pugs in a new place. Several friends recommended put hotel so we were little more comfortable with the WebCams in the room helped alleviate any worries we had. We got to view him several times seeing them content. Are only complaint is lack of being able to reach anybody on the phone and arranging to have the dogs bathed prior to pick up. We made several attempts to get that handled with no response. I would have no problem using pooch hotel again I thought the experience was pretty good.
It was hard to get a hold of someone the phone. I understand with phones not working. Email worked better. It was nice to see a worker that was there from when we went there before and she remembered Niki. He had a good day.

My dog had the worst experience at the pooch hotel. When I picked him up, my white dog was completely yellow and smelled like pee. It wasn’t fresh pee either. I asked the manager about it and she blamed the dog. We could see on the cam in his room he was never let out to play as well. They said he didn’t like the other dogs. He was to have one in one time but that only happened maybe once. I would not recommend this place and will never return.
Every time I checked in my dog was in his pen. It seemed like very little time for social interaction, getting outside, etc.
Well surly check in and check out process by staff- no communication about webcam upfront and called 3 x’s with no answer over weekend; arrived to pick up Sansa at 2:30 est on Sunday ( Newton , Ma) and Rang the buzzer 4 x’s , sent an email and called - Waited 10 mins and then your stellar employee Patrick arrived opened the door and I stormed past due to waiting so long and now concerned that there was no one at the facility ; Patrick then chose that moment to mutter under his breath “ alrighty then “ and from there it was j... read more
Endured consistent lack of communication, price increases, and unreliable service because the location was so convenient. Final straw was after booking him for daycare, the Pooch Hotel rep said they’d contact our vet to get updated records and to assume if we don’t hear anything that we’re good to go for the reservation. I asked that they call me one way or the other to confirm if our pup was all set, wanting to avoid surprises, and that was agreed to.
