When my dog stays overnight, whenever I pick him up, someone goes upstairs to get him from his "room" even if I pick him up during the day - does this mean he stays in his cage sleep area the whole time I leave him there? I thought he was playing in the daycare area with other dogs what is actually happening?
Brody had a great time at Pooch Hotel and we will definitely be back! My only issue was that I wasn’t aware food/treats/toys were not provided. At our last kennel, all of those things were included in the stay, and I made an assumption. My mistake! But it would have been super helpful if that information had been called out in the confirmation email, or mentioned on the phone when booking. Thanks!
My dog Lincoln loves the Pooch Hotel. When we arrive, he jumps out of the car and runs to door. No resistance. No "Please daddy, don't leave me." As far as he's concerned he's ready to go; no looking back.
Before i booked a reservation, I had confirmed with Erin the rates for boarding. When i arrived they told me that the rates confirmed were wrong and that the employee is no longer with the company. If i had known the correct rates, i would not have boarded my pets there.

I was completely pissed off during my last visit to the Pooch Hotel! My pooch, Buddy and myself have been loyal customer at the Pooch Hotel for many years now. I did not come to the Pooch Hotel lately because my son has been home temporarily and is expected to leave home shortly to pursue his dream..
