My dog is kind of crazy and high maintanenece, and the staff at Pooch Hotel take such good care of her. They understand her nervousness and help her have a positive, safe visit every time. Highly recommend this Pooch Hotel location!

Boarding our dog was an extremely easy process and she had a great time! The web cam made it easy for us to check in on her during group play and is one of the reasons we love Pooch Hotel! So happy we found an amazingly place to board our dog.
It's hard to leave your 4 legged member of the family for vacation or even a day. How your pet reacts when the show up tells the story. We know that when we drop Bella she is cared for and active. Hearing stories of her boyfriend 'Buddy' is humorous, but also shows the staff knows who she is, and that she has play-time to keep her active and happy.
They really go out of the way to spoil my dog and I appreciate that.
The Newton Pooch Hotel team is absolutely outstanding -incredibly professional, kind, caring and exceptionally capable. I have had dogs all my life and will only allow the most trusted people to share in one of my most important responsibilities. Our dog Millie is living the end of her life now and your crew has become her loving and joyful second home. When she can't be with us it is with you that I want her and her awesome sister to be. This is the highest and most grateful compliment I can give.
Easy drop off, happy dog, easy pick up. Pleasant staff. Cameras do not always work and it is frustrating.
Always bring my girl Sashi to Danielle- she comes back to me looking and smelling like a new dog!
