The facility is totally fine, and the employees were nice. My pup had a great time. BUT the wait to pick up/drop off is pretty bad. My dog typically goes to another place that is comparatively attended, but there is very little waiting involved— perhaps they have a more efficient operating model.
I brought my dog for a daycare at 1 pm and after that I was checking web cameras online but didn’t see my dog. I called the Pooch hotel and the employees were not able to figure out why my dog is not in the playgroup. He was locked for two hours in a cell, while I brought him to play. People who work there just forgot to take him and no one noticed until I called! Is it acceptable? Everyone seemed nice and my dog was fine, but they didn’t follow her feeding instructions thoroughly. It’s not a huge problem, just something to look out for.
$100 is too much for one day and a bath. People are nice, my dog likes it, but way too expensive. Used to be reasonable, not any more.

Drop off is easy and quick. Way more expensive than dog walker it Petsmart version
Front desk service was ok enough. Could've showed a little less attitude. When you board a dog, they only let the dog play in the play area 2 times a day, 3 hours each time. The rest of the day, the dog is in the kennel. Overall service of the place is ok enough. I've seen better places.
My dog was fed incorrectly resulting in violent, bloody stools and then developed kennel cough. I spoke to someone and she was condescending while giving no apologies or solutions. After I told her what happened, she recited that her staff doesn't "ever" feed the dogs incorrectly and offered to take a day off his stay. I pushed for an answer as to why we were never notified of our BLEEDING dog until pickup. She said that they usually don't call right away and it was not that serious.
