West Lakes. Horrible service, no focus on the customer, complete focus on money. I paid $220 for the pool to be vacuumed, 1 O ring replaced and water testing. Ridiculous. went to a local competitor, for under $100, 3 O rings changed, bag of salt, pool cleaned. Never again will I use Pool Werx, bunch of ass holes

Elanora shop. Overpriced ,poor service. I was told that I had to pay a $20 deposit for the plastic drum the Chlorine came in, and that this would be refunded when i no longer needed the container. When I returned the container they refused to return the deposit unless I had a written receipt - this was never supplied. I asked them for a quote to replace my sand filter and chlorinator. We always bought maintenance chemicals. We went to buy a spa filter last time. We didn't want to buy the wrong one so we brought the old filter then showed it to the staff. The staff provided me with a new filter. We said it's not the same filter. The staff said it was difficult to find an identical filter and if it didn't fit you can return it. Went in with a water sample, was told to buy a product to remove chlorine and come back, did this was advised to purchase 5 different chemicals with a detailed print out and instructions on how much to put. Followed instruction exactly. My spa turned dark brown and stained the fiberglass. When I went back in I was served by a different assistant who told me it was because they had crossed out the three in one and advised me against using that when apparently it was required.
