We called Poolwerx to clean the pool of a new property we purchased. It was green, murky, and full of leaves. Poolwerx sent a guy out that worked for a little over an hour. He said he did the best he could do vacuuming because he couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. No kidding! That’s why we hired Poolwerx to begin with! Changed us over $230 and said it should clear up. the franchise owner is a rude and nasty person when asked a question he was more worried what day it was and I have been with them Bathurst branch for aprox 12 myths now would tell people to run at a very fast rate
