They (Frenches Forest) made me pay a deposit to have them come out to service my filter. Was paid last week, but nothing, have rung, and texted three times and silent.

WORST pool service and customer service ever. The boy didn’t know what he was doing and when I went into the shop to offer my advice I got threatened by the owner. Definitely do not recommend them!

Terrible service at the Joondalup store, extremely unhelpful and did not even attend to assess the damage they caused to our pool pump. Pool and equipment check done and chemicals put in to clean. Changed timer on pool pump after. Over tightened chlorinator cell Called the guy back and he removed cell, but did not turn pump off When returned from work flooded pool area and half the water gone from pool Pool pump run dry snd now needed repairing Poolwerx owners said not their fault snd did not even assess😡

Poolwerx Moorabbin have cancelled 3 times in 4 days to come and do a repair job. Very poor customer service! Do not recommend at all!

Joondalup store has a man that is the most rudest, unhelpful and worst sale parson in the world. Definitely will warn as many people as possible to stay away from that store. Please go somewhere else fast.

Dear Poolwerx team, Before Christmas I dropped of my faulty Dolphin X40 pool cleaner to the Dalkeith store, WA. I was given an invoice for its repair and I advised the work to proceed immediately. In the meantime my pool was getting quite dirty, so I asked to have a service done. It took 3 attempts to get the pool cleaned, and in fact the first attempt caused further problems to my chlorinater cell. Poolwerx Mackay could not be less helpful, we had trusted them to look after our rental properties pool and service and check the chlorinator. We found out from the tenants that they have never cleaned the cell and it now is damaged and not covered by warranty. The franchisee is evasive and in my opinion untrustworthy. I will never use Poolwerx again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

I've generally had good experiences with the brand in general however we rung up our local store Forest Lake whom are awesome and they organised a service guy to come out to assist us in getting our Kreepy Krauly RX Rank working. When he arrived we advised him that we are clueless with pools and we've just bought this house so we don't really understand any of it.
