I know this is a franchise so obviously things will be different at different stores.. I spoke to the store that maintain our pool and we were not happy with the service. We asked that they not bill us until we were satisfied but they had our credit card details and said they would charge us anyway. I asked to speak to someone who deals with accounts and they said to email. I asked for a phone number and they gave me the mobile number of the ‘owner’. I said I preferred a business number but they did not give one. I tried th... read more

Dear Sirs I feel it is important that I air my extreme disappointment with Poolworx. I had bad service from a branch/franchise earlier this year and vowed not to go back, however I saw a sign outside the shop erect and, against my better judgement decided to let bygones be bygones and went in for help. The problems started when I first went there in April this year as my pool was going green. After a few weeks and numerous visits, and a lot of money spent on chemicals with a very green pool, the owners told me they would... read more

Am still waiting for my money back as Poolwerx did not compete the job that we paid over $700 for. They ignore my emails or say they’ll be in touch but never are. I want my money back. Reposting my original post from a few months ago as somehow it has been removed DO NOT USE POOL WERX My Dad has looked after our pool forever. The day Pool Werx Tea Tree Gully came out to clean the pool, they flooded our whole backyard and my Dad’s office that he built on the side of the house. They were to drain the pool and rebalance t... read more
tell you a price and then charge more than they said. I made the mistake of giving them my bank card number. they took it it out of my account and the job was not finished. I still have dirt on the bottom of my pool and walls and the walls. the man that came to service the pool put on his report that he had vacumed.

Hi Carmen, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Please email us at marketing@poolwerx.com.au with further details so we can look into this for you.
BEWARE create further problems, flood houses, lack pool knowledge, lack empathy, do not back up promises. Head office/marketing say want to resolve issues and to contact them. so you contact them and they say will get back to you but never do. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want further problems, throw $$ away and lots of stress and anguish!!
Anthony, owner of poolwerx in Maricopa Arizona took the homeowners $7,000 and then told us the contractor who remodeled the pool that he was closing the store and is going bankrupt. watch out for this company, these stores do not have contractors licenses and what he did was illegal in the state of Arizona
Called: I'll send someone out to do a pool school for $100 they came I was charged $125. I have called back twice asking for $25 refund and 1 week later still nothing.

Our local pool company was recently bought and became a Poolwerk. Two weeks ago I had my pool vacuumed by my daughter. She flushed the filter afterwards, and returned the system to “filter”. The next day I looked at my pump and it was leaking a small amount of water and the pool water level was down. I replaced the pump gasket, but it continued to leak and loose water. I asked for a service call for the new Poolwerk here in Pensacola. The manager came out and told me that and inter seal was leaking and to have it replac... read more

Hi Ronald, thanks for your message however this is the Australian Poolwerx Facebook page and it seems you are a US customer. Please email marketing@poolwerx.com and our US team can assist you.
We called Poolwerx to clean the pool of a new property we purchased. It was green, murky, and full of leaves. Poolwerx sent a guy out that worked for a little over an hour. He said he did the best he could do vacuuming because he couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. No kidding! That’s why we hired Poolwerx to begin with! Changed us over $230 and said it should clear up. It did not! A few days later with the pool still green, murky, and full of leaves, we called to tell them that the pool looked the same. The lady was hateful... read more
